These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. By using tracklist.in ("Site") you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Who can use the Site
You may use the Site if you can form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Our content
All articles, headlines, layouts, graphics, wordmarks and other material on the Site are owned by or licensed to Tracklist India and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts with clear credit and a link back. Third-party content
Some pages include embedded players or links to third-party services, such as the Spotify player on our Charts pages and source links in our articles. Those services are governed by their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to host, display, upload, share or transmit any information that is prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or to interfere with its security, as described in Sections 43 and 66 of the IT Act;
- introduce malware, scrape the Site at a rate that degrades service, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy of any person.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Tracklist India is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Tracklist India against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Reporting content and grievances

Governing law and jurisdiction
